航空公司空乘面试的英语一般来说要求不会很苛刻。除了小语种乘务员和精英乘务员的招聘（需要提供专业英语证书）以外，其他航空公司空乘面试英语只考察基础英语。有很多同学中文面试应对自如，但在面试中加入“英文”的元素，就慌了。

我们先来解决一个问题：空乘面试英语很重要吗？

其实这要具体情况具体分析。航空公司在招聘普通乘务员的时候绝大多数情况下是不设置英语要求的，只需要会基本的英语交流和表达能力。英语较为薄弱这个问题，应该是很多同学的“通病”。因为英语本来学习时间不长，再者我们也不会天天使用它，英语口语自然会差一点。所以想拿下这一块就需要同学们每天的努力记单词，多阅读。

如果其它方面都比较优秀，但英语基础差，航空公司可能会考虑后期培训时加强英语培训。后期录用培训时，会有一系列该航空公司常使用的英语话术，所以不用过于担心。初试中会有中英文自我介绍环节，有些人喜欢在做英语自我介绍时夸张地表现自己的优点，甚至把根本没有做过的事情也说出来，其实这是一种很冒险的行为。虽然你的自我介绍会给面试官留下重要的第一印象，但是过度浮夸或者失实，会让面试官对你的个人诚信产生怀疑。
